Author Michael J. Sullivan Offers Free Ebook with Any Print or Audio Book Purchase of Hollow World

SAN FRANCISCO - March 10, 2014 - PRLog -- March 10, 2014—Fairfax, VA—Best-selling speculative fiction author, and hybrid publishing pioneer, Michael J. Sullivan, today announced that anyone who buys the print or audio versions of his April 2014 science fiction thriller, Hollow World, will receive the ebook version for free.

“I would rather have readers buy an additional book, by myself or someone else, than have to pay twice for the same content. What’s good for the reader is ultimately good for the author.” Sullivan said.

Sullivan has published through all three routes: small press, self-publishing, and big-six traditional publishing (Orbit/Hachette). His Riyria Revelations has sold more than 475,000 English language copies and has been translated into fifteen foreign languages. His Hollow World Kickstarter campaign raised more than $31,000, making it the highest-earning individual novel in the fiction category at its closing. After securing a print-only deal with Tachyon Publications, his dream of giving more to his fans became a reality.

“By holding on to the ebook, I can do things that publishers either can’t or won’t do. This provides me the opportunity to be more creative and innovative. I’ve got some interesting ideas that I’ll announce soon,” Sullivan said.
