NYC ACS Lawyer Announced Dismissal of ACS Case

March 14, 2014 - PRLog -- The case of Amanda F. was disturbing for how incompetent ACS investiagted the case. The ACS worker, with little investigation accused the mother of leaving the child alone. The fact was that the mother had taken the dog out for a walk on the sidewalk as the child watched. ACS then accused the mother of not having a gas sensor in the home. This was ridicoulous since the home was heated by an electric heater. This made no difference to ACS. They accused the mother of neglect and found her "indicated" as an abusive mother.
