City of Fountain Hills to Host 2014 Wellness and Safety Fair April 5th

PHOENIX - March 19, 2014 - PRLog -- The 2014 Fountain Hills Wellness and Safety Fair will be held on Saturday, April 5^th, from 9 am – 12 pm at Fountain Park located at 12925 N. Saguaro Blvd. The free event is being presented by the City of Fountain Hills, Sollus Fit and FoodSense A to Z. The fair will feature safety demonstrations and wellness resources with opening announcements by Fountain Hills Mayor, Linda Kavanagh.

Public Safety organizations to be represented include the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Fountain Hills Fire Department, Scottsdale Fire Department, Fort McDowell Yavapai Fire Department, Air Evac Helicopter, Rio Verde Fire Department Brush Truck, Salt River Fire Department, Edith Fire Safety House and CARE (Crisis Activated Response Effort).

Specific safety units in attendance will include the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad, Tactical Armored Vehicle, Lake Patrol Division & Dive Team, Sheriff’s Posse of FH, Sheriff’s Helicopter Fox 1 and the Mounted Unit.
