New Wire Harness and Cable Assembly Section to our Website

March 20, 2014 - PRLog -- WesBell Electronics Inc is now an ISO9001 certified company that distributes and manufactures wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Each harness is made to the customer specification or we can create a sample for you to approve. The ISO certification means we’re not playing around, we’re ready to take on large volume projects at low costs to get the ball rolling.

We’ve hired staff, purchased tools and machines and already have a trained sales staff ready to meet you in person to discuss the assembly projects you’re working on. We cut lead wire to length, solder, crimp terminals and manufacture start-to-finish full wire harnesses.

In order to follow the ISO9001 standard we must have an updated drawing to follow or and approved sample to mimic. Our assemblers have traveler packages that contain the sample piece and any applicable specifications. The packages also contain the history of problems that occurred to the particular part so it doesn’t happen again.

Lead wire that’s approved by UL, CSA, CE, RoHS and REACH costs more because it was tested and approved while generic brands are not.
