Jim Ware "Dissociative Impressionism" Works In Another Public Show

Got Art Gallery On Third Accepts Two Jim Ware Paintings Into the Spring Show

LEES SUMMIT, Mo. - May 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Jim Ware's "Dissociative Impressionism" works continue to be shown at juried art shows in the Midwest.

"Regatta" and "The Cyclists" have both been accepted into the Got Art Gallery On Third's Sprint Art Show in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

"Regatta", completely painted by palette knife, is a colorful representation of the local sailboat races on one of the private lakes around Kansas City, Missouri.  The energy of the race is captured with each splash of acrylic color delivered by his knife.

"The Cyclists" , mostly brushwork in vivid acrylics, exudes with the energy of the competitive cyclists making their final turn towards the finish line and in full sprint.

Ware's paintings transmit energy to the viewer.  One cannot look at one of his paintings and not 'feel' the motion and effort of the subjects.  His use of vivid colors enhances the visual impact to the viewer.

Patrons can see his works on his website at http//www.jimwareworks.com where he sells originals and limited edition prints.
