Jim Ware, Mid-Western Artist, Invited To Hold A One-Man Show At City Hall

Local Government Continues It's Support Of Their Local Artist

LEES SUMMIT, Mo. - July 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Lee's Summit, Missouri continues their support of their local artist, Jim Ware, by inviting him to show his works at the town's City Hall.  The one-man show will be held from July 21 to mid-October 2016.

A reception to meet the artist will be held July 21 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p,m..  Refreshments will also be served to celebrate the occasion.

Ware developed a unique painting style that he has named "Dissociative Impressionism".  It creates a visceral impact on the viewer created by his use of loose brush strokes and vivid colors.  He doesn't tell the whole story in his paintings.  Some is 'untold' to allow the viewer to 'complete' the painting visually themselves thereby making it 'their' painting.  "If the viewer doesn't say 'Oh!' when they first see my work, then I've failed,"  Ware says.

His art is in demand for magazine cover art, but his main market is the art collector who likes to stay in front of the market by identifying emerging talent before it races to the top of demand.
