Evan Guthrie Law Firm Talks Legal Issues To Goose Creek High School Law Ed Class In Goose Creek, SC

CHARLESTON, S.C. - May 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Evan Guthrie of the Evan Guthrie Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina spoke about lawyers to the Law Education Class at Goose Creek High School in Goose Creek, SC on Wednesday November 6^th 2013. Mr. Guthrie talked about his experiences in the legal professions to the class that focuses on how the law interacts with everyone’s daily life. Attorney Guthrie spoke to three different law ed classes during his visit to the school. Mr. Guthrie went over what it takes to become a lawyer in South Carolina, his own personal path to becoming and an attorney and starting a law firm, the daily routine and work load for the legal field, some of the challenges and triumphs of the profession, and some stories that have happened to him in his career so far.

Attorney Guthrie answered questions that ranged from hypotheticals about different laws and how they apply in the real world to what the best parts of being a lawyer were. Mr. Guthrie talked during the entire length of the class and even answered some questions about starting a law firm and how that works in the business and entrepreneur aspects of the legal field.

This was the first time that Attorney Evan Guthrie spoke to the law education class at Goose Creek High School. Mr. Guthrie had worked with the school before by speaking to a Personal Finance class and helping with the school’s Youth Court after school program. Attorney Guthrie enjoyed having the chance to talk about his career and help answer all of the questions about lawyers that the students had during the class periods. Mr. Guthrie looks forward to being able to return to the school and speak to the students again in the future.
