MIAMI - May 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Miami-based independent record label X-clusiv Enterprises announces today they apologize to their fans for any inconvenience caused by YouTube’s removal of popular video “La Condena” by Latin recording artist El Valien-T. The record label is working with YouTube to appeal the removal for the video that was at more than 5,800 views.

“Thank you to all our fans who are waiting patiently while we work diligently to get this issue resolved in a timely manner,” says Michelle Fonticiella, representative of X-clusiv Enterprises. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the removal of the video and are already taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future.”

YouTube removed the video on Wednesday for allegedly violating the site’s standards. Since then the video was reuploaded to the channel at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqDeekkeSnY, which is a new URL as a fresh video without previous views, likes and comments. According to the site’s standards, users cannot use an automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube servers in a given period of time.

The highly-anticipated video was launched nationally on Telemundo’s “Acceso Total” on May 2. Within minutes, the video had received hundreds of views. The popular Latin artist’s web audience mainly comes from the national and international exposure received through different media outlets in the Latin industry through, television, radio and internet websites. To date, its views, likes and comments have all been organic.

The recording artist, who has sold more than 500,000 copies of his first album titled “El Valentoso”, has been recognized worldwide throughout different television networks, such as Univision, Telemundo, Mun2, VH1 Latino and MTV Tres.
