Charles joins the “Elite Few” by excelling in servicing professional cosmetologists and barbers throughout Kentucky. “It was my goal to be on the President’s Council because of the sense of urgency to rebuild the Dudley brand in the Kentucky area,” stated Charles, “I am on the frontline for my customers helping them increase their businesses.”
