Think of it as the Craigslist of rental. With all kinds of tools; from saws and sanders to equipment and household goods are available for rent from their members. This community hopes to help reduce waste and increase connections among its users. The company launched in Denver in the spring of 2014 and hopes to increase its user base before launching in San Francisco in 2015. Started by Colorado-native, Patrick Hutchinson, a CSU undergrad, DU law grad and CU-Denver MBA, Red’s Shed plans to finish development of our app as well as further refine their online rental community with this new funding. “I have poured a lot into this company to help get the idea off the ground and I am so thrilled to receive this funding and support.
