Recyc-ALE-ing? Phenix Brewing & Coffee a Future Innovative Concept

July 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Beer & Coffee master, Scott Bailey of Kentwood Michigan has a dream he wants to share with the rest of the world.  A dream that someday come reality could make beer & coffee drinkers alike supporters of a “Green” drinking experience.

“It has been my dream and life goal to pursue opening my own brew pub / coffee shop, where people who love beer and love coffee can come together and socialize and even help better their communities,” Bailey says.  “Thus our project is to open Phenix Brewing & Coffee is not just about creating some of the best beer and coffee on the market but also about improving our communities, by using #upscaling, or what I like to call Recyc-ALE-ing.” Bailey says.

“Phenix Brewing and Coffee will be a gathering place for both beer and non-beer drinkers, a place to socialize, hang out, and feel at home, without the normal “bar” feel or atmosphere. Interspersing and socializing with other likeminded souls, while enjoying the savor of a great beer or coffee.  Using only high quality ingredients and Non-gmo products. Our goal is to reuse everything we can and create something better, (tables and chairs made out of old pallets/skids, for example) from what would otherwise be thrown away.
