The Steed Society, Inc. and Female Success Factor are committed to celebrating the achievements of women. There is no doubt the contributions of women are vital to the success of many businesses around the world. It is our mission to ensure that those successes are recognized.

The Top 25 Women Awards recognizes 25 influential women in a city whose hard work and dedication have garnered them success in business and personal endeavors. We admire their tenacity and we salute these extraordinary women who represent the finest in corporate, civic, philanthropy, education, entertainment and community leadership that their city has to offer.

After being held in Atlanta, Chicago and Houston, Dallas will host it’s first Female Success Factor on September 9^th 2014 at the Dallas Museum of Art 7pm – 9 pm. Through a nomination of  prominent successful African-American and Latina women to be recognized and honored.
