PITTSBURGH - Aug. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Dimension Marketing started in temporary headquarters while looking for the ideal location. After a suitable office was located and built to requirements, team members are looking forward to relocating and pursuing goals in a supportive environment.

President of Dimension Marketing, Hilary T., explains that the new space offers room to grow and expand services to clients. The location also extends new opportunities for team members and supports the dream of becoming a central hub for the firm as it expands. Possibilities for team members and new clients seem endless, making this an exciting time for Dimension Marketing.

Dimension Marketing Pursues Greater Ambition With Improved Location

Hilary T. sees great opportunities for further growth with the combination of location and space.  She says the new office located in the Pittsburgh area is ideal for attracting clients and new talent.

Hilary T. anticipates more team members being promoted to managerial positions. More room means more teams—and more opportunities to promote high achievers to positions of management.

"We are excited for the challenge and opportunity that our clients have given us," remarks Hilary, as significant growth was projected even while occupying the temporary space. "We had to build the new space to meet our growth requirements. We are experiencing a large amount of growth within the company so we are excited to have the space necessary for that growth."

Hilary believes that expansion needs are readily apparent. She explained that Dimension Marketing requires three assistant managers by the end of November and that she has plans to expand into Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina as managers develop. Those involved in this growth are being hired and trained now.

The company’s training and advancement opportunities have already allowed individuals to stand out. Jeanne B. and Tim T., in particular, have offered exceptional service to clients while demonstrating leadership and mentoring to other team members. "They take initiative with anything and everything," praises Hilary. Both are expected to be up for a promotion in the near future.

Development of team members demonstrates the commitment Dimension Marketing has to them. Many enter the company with already-existing skills but training fills gaps in knowledge. Team members emerge from the process as well-rounded professionals. "Life is like photography," says Hilary. "You need negatives to develop."

Hilary is very optimistic about the future of Dimension Marketing. The new office and strong team members means the sky is the limit. When asked about the core values of the company, Hilary responded, "Strength and growth. While we love to grow as a company, we need quality and quantity. We are hungry for both pieces of the pie."
