Candy Leonard will also be appearing at The Fest for Beatle Fans at the LAX Airport Marriott Hotel the weekend of October 10th thru 12th. Beatleness has been called a “must read” for Beatle fans of all ages and for anyone interested in post-war American history or mid-century pop culture, and has been praised by the music industry and critics: “….Beatleness is an incredibly hip and astute account of all the Beatles’ major happenings that affected so many people around the world who were riveted to their every move. I can’t wait to read it again!”—Will Lee, Grammy Award–winning bass player and studio musician, Late Show with David Letterman and Fab Faux “Beatleness is breezy, smart and open-hearted, and everyone who grew up with the band—or wants to know what that was like—will appreciate its insights and feel its emotional impact.”—Anthony DeCurtis, contributing editor, Rolling Stone “Candy Leonard has captured the essence of the whole Beatles fan experience better than any other book I've seen. It's not just a recounting of history, or one person's experience, but the whole idea of what made the Beatles click with their fans. No other book has Beatlemania defined so well!” - Steve Marinucci, editor, Beatles Examiner For more information on Candy Leonard and her book, go to: www.Beatleness.com.
