SAN DIEGO - Sept. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a single family residence in the Serra Mesa neighborhood of San Diego. The 1,700 square foot property, located at 8705 Encino Avenue, was purchased by International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, a California nonprofit corporation for $439,000.
