Park Hyatt Busan’s New Executive Chief, Shaun Keenan, presents Busan Fireworks Festival

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Oct. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA (6 October 2014) – On 25 October, Park Hyatt^® Busan will present a special promotion menu, created by new Executive Chef Shaun Keenan, in honour of the Busan Fireworks Festival.

Chef Keenan, who hails from Australia, will present his unique menu during this special promotion at the restaurants and bar of Park Hyatt^® Busan, which is an ideal location for watching the fireworks show over Gwangan Bridge.

The Dining Room on the 32^nd floorand the Living Room on the 31^st floor, both featuring stunning views of the beautiful multimedia fireworks display, will offer special four and five-course set menus served with Louis Roederer champagne.  The menu’s starters include fresh yellowtail tuna ceviche, foie gras cream with black truffle foam and for the main course, diners may choose either slow-cooked beef tenderloin or roasted John Dory.  Lastly, sweet coconut cake can be enjoyed for dessert, along with coffee or premium tea.  Menus for vegetarians and children will also be available.  The Loungeon the 30^th floor will offer its own special promotions, including an antipasti buffet, dessert buffet and premium beverages, which can be enjoyed in its cosy and elegant atmosphere.

Executive Chef Keenan is recognised for his successful contributions and efforts as both an executive sous chef at Grand Hyatt^® Tokyo and as an executive chef at Hyatt Regency^® Kyoto.  He has worked at a variety of different luxury hotels and restaurants in Sydney and Osaka, and is responsible for Park Hyatt^® Busan’s culinary excellence at the Dining Room, Living Room, Lounge, Patisserie and event functions.
