Park Hyatt Busan Presents Premium Black Truffle Promotion

Oct. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- BUSAN, KOREA (8 October 2014) – Park Hyatt Busan’s signature restaurant, Dining Room, offers a promotion using the premium black truffle, also known as the “diamond from the ground” and one of the world’s three greatest ingredients.

The Dining Room presents five different á la carte menus and a five-course set menu featuring premium black truffle from Italy that tastes unique yet full of flavours.  The Australian Wagyu beef sirloin tagliatta with truffle sauce allows to taste its deep and unique flavour.  Pan-seared black cod fish with grated truffle and clam jus, asparagus soup with steamed abalone and truffle, and more menus will stimulate the epicure’s appetite this autumn.  The set menu composed of five courses is offered with the á la carte menu and the Valrhona black truffle chocolate as dessert.

The black truffle promotion at the Dining Room is available from 3 November to 16 November.  The á la carte menu price starts from KRW36,000 and the price for the set menu is KRW150,000 per person. Guests are able to enjoy Italian wines which will be perfectly matched with the promotion set menu at additional KRW50,000.
