The Vantage Co. Recognizes Team Member for Outstanding Efforts

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Nikou reported that she regularly recognizes exemplary team members at The Vantage Co. The firm’s highest performing professional in October, 2014 was Brian. Nikou described him as, “a true business partner. He raised up four account leaders who are ranked in the top 10 for the entire country. There’s so much to say about Brian! He’s just an awesome team player who really puts his heart into his team and into everything he does.”

Brian earned a degree in marketing, with an emphasis on promotions and communications, from Northern Arizona University. During college, he was also a star athlete and worked as an assistant manager at a sporting goods store for nearly five years.

Brian was honored by the recognition, and was eager to share information about himself, his accomplishments, and his goals for the future. “I do my best to stay focused. I wake up at 5:30 a.m., and on my way to the office I usually listen to some sort of sports talk on the radio or a pre-recorded motivational message to get into the right frame of mind. The rest of my day is spent conducting interviews and in-office training with my colleagues. I always end my day by spending time with my son, Jayden. He truly amazes me.”

“I look forward to helping The Vantage Co. excel, as well as opening my own office in the future,” Brian continued. “Down the line, I would like to begin coaching with my son – when he’s in junior high and high school.”

When questioned about his sources of inspiration, Brian said, “I am inspired by God, because he makes everything possible. I am also inspired by my parents, because they helped shape me into the man I am today. Of course, I am inspired by Jayden as well. He is my motivation day in and day out.”
