The Vantage Co Highlights Team Member, Announces Promotions

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- “There are a lot of different ways I like to recognize my colleagues at The Vantage Co for their efforts,” said Nikou Mohajerani, the company’s director of operations. “For instance, every month I highlight someone in particular for his or her performance and overall impact on the team, and well as on the businesses we serve.”

Most recently, Mohajerani praised Chris W.’s dedication to success. “He’s super consistent and is always willing to learn,” she stated. “He’s a good example of what we’re about. He is a very positive guy, all about helping the team rise to the next level. Chris also goes the extra mile – especially during meetings. He is 100% focused on his advancement and training.”

Chris was quite pleased with the recognition, and was happy to discuss things from his perspective. “When I wake up, I’m grateful for what I have both personally and professionally,” he smiled. “Then I get to come to work and be surrounded by my awesome coworkers who inspire me each and every day. In turn, the future for me is very bright. I hope to mentor and develop new leaders for this organization.”

He went on to say that he hopes to be offered a management position within the coming quarter.

Prior to joining the team at The Vantage Co, Chris graduated from the University of Arizona. His education there instilled in him a remarkable amount of diligence, which is evident in his current role. He is also inspired by his family and friends. “My father in particular has always set the right example about what it means to work hard and provide a great life for our family,” he indicated. “My other great inspiration is Nikou and the successful organization she’s built.”

“We foster an environment of growth here at The Vantage Co,” Mohajerani continued. “With the right amount of ambition, our team members quickly achieve upward mobility. As a matter of fact, we have quite a few people in the process of being promoted right now.”

According to Mohajerani, Dasha was recently promoted to assistant manager. Also, Chris W., Nicholas C., and Sathya K. have moved to account management positions. In addition, she reported that Christian G. is nearing promotion to assistant management, and that Cornelia S., Wendy L., Ayodimeji A., Ron F., and Ara S. are poised to become classroom leaders.

“Along with all this forward movement, we welcomed a new professional to our team,” Mohajerani concluded. “I’m pleased to have Chris F. with us. I’m confident that he and all his new coworkers who have assumed new positions will exceed my expectations. I can’t wait to see what they accomplish in the future!”
