SAN DIEGO - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 9 unit complex in the Spring Valley neighborhood of San Diego. The 7,312 square foot property, located at 4032-4034 N. Bonita Street, was purchased by Norm Snider Company for $1,303,500. The property has nine 2bd/2ba units.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the Buyer. The Seller was represented by Tim Foley of Tom Foley Real Estate. This transaction is the third time Terry Moore has helped this buyer capture a good value. Teresa McElaney and Jamie Nalley of Chicago Title provided escrow and title services.
