Every month, she focuses on fostering a different skill in her associates. “I’ve dedicated this month to team building and leadership. I want everyone to be both confident and highly trained. This helps to not only grow the company but the individual as well.”

The firm’s director continued by explaining that the individuals in the office managed by her top colleague, were particularly helpful with regard to these training sessions. “Furthermore, Brian H. was recently promoted from the office, and he has shown tremendous leadership skill. He has been amazing and we truly thank him for all his hard work.”

Irene also identified topics to be covered in future months, such as market research, business law, accounting, human resources issues, consumer behavior, and strategic planning. “There is always room for growth and development, and everyone on the team looks forward to it.
