HCL Clarity wins award in collaboration with Worcestershire Acute NHS Hospital Trust

Nov. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- HCL Clarity is proud to announce that it won the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Collaboration Award with Worcestershire Acute NHS Hospital Trust (WAHT) at Thursday’s Health Care Supply Association Awards.

This award recognises the NHS procurement team and its partner organisation which effectively demonstrates efficiency gains that are quantifiable in real cash terms and tangible service improvement benefits. HCL Clarity has partnered with Worcestershire Acute NHS Hospital Trust to help streamline their approach to booking locum doctors, helping the Trust save £1.3 million and improve patient care through the use of technology.

This is the third time the project has come to the attention of national award judges, previously being finalised for the Improving Care with Technology category at the Health Service Journal Awards and for HR's contribution to organisational change at the Healthcare People Management Association Awards.
