Mechanicsville Business Owner, Stacey Spear, elected President of PDCA Richmond Chapter

RICHMOND, Va. - Dec. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- On December 2, 2014, Stacey Spear of S&S Painting was sworn in as president of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) Richmond Chapter. She is the second woman to hold this position since 1903.

Mrs. Spear has been an active member of the PDCA since 2009 and this will be her fourth year serving on the local board.

“I am a very proud member of PDCA because I have experienced first-hand the encouragement and support from other members. While many of us are competitors, we all want each other to succeed, too.” Mrs. Spear said. “I want 2015 to be a year of growth, for our organization and for each member. Grow in our knowledge, our skills, our networks and our businesses. Together, we can do just that.”
