CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Dec. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- 2014 was a wonderful year for LadyLake Music, as we added several new promising artists to our roster, while enjoying sharing the successes of our returning acts. We'd like to share a bit of news and information about some of our wonderful acts with you. Our entire roster of talent can be viewed on Reverbnation at:

Returning to our roster this year was the fabulous Boston area duo of Lori Diamond and Fred Abatelli, also known as LDFA. Lori & Fred emerge from a powerful year of recording their latest collection of soulful, intimate, inspiring songs. "Lifted" is the culmination of two powerful musicians who strive to be fearlessly authentic. Their music will remind you of the importance of Gratitude, Joy and Self Acceptance. Lori & Fred's transcendent "Lifted" tour is happening throughout the NorthEast for all of 2015.

Also a returning roster member, the majestic Diane Cameron, is an international recording and performing artist. Diane toured the east coast of the US this year, with appearances in New York and in New Orleans. She is also a devout believer in youth mentorship through the arts. Her philosophy is, "Children all around the world have the same needs- to have an outlet for creative expression." Her youth environmental play, “Trash Tawkin” was recently debuted at the 2011 Hilton Head Island, SC., Earth Day Celebration. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Diane Cameron has now made her home Atlanta, Georgia. Diane is currently in the Master Program for Global Environmental Policy.

Returning to LadyLake in 2014 was the fabulous David Martinez, head of The David Martinez Band, a top indie act from Corpus Christi, Texas. After touring the East Coast of the US last year promoting his record, "One More Time", David returned to New York by popular demand, playing several shows in his 'Fall In Love In New York City' Tour in September. David also played the Texas Indie Fest in Austin, held to correspond with SXSW, as well as Texas Indie Fest 2, which corresponded with the Austin City Limits Festival. David plans to record a new album in 2015, and we at LadyLake cannot wait to distribute his music to his ever-growing fan base and to awaiting media outlets.

A LadyLake discovery, the melodic Boston area band, American Beauties, spent 2014 touring behind their debut album "Too Worn To Mend", playing several high profile concerts throughout New England.  Their 2014 'Road Trippin’ Spring - Northeast Tour' took them to live dates in Vermont, Rhode Island, New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.  Some highlights of the year included being selected to play the MOVE Music Festival in Albany, NY, the Keene Music Festival in Keene, NH and playing the Harvard Square Oktoberfest, which is annually one of the most highly attended events in the Boston Metropolitan area. In total, the band, led by front man Michael Gray, played 18 dates in 2014. Thanks to their A&R reps at LadyLake Music, the record continues to receive radio airplay across the US/UK. The band will be taking some time off to record their sophomore release in 2015 and are looking forward to bringing new music to the many fans that have supported them over the last two years.

New to LadyLake this year was singer and earth-shaking blues guitarist from California - Leroy Miller, who we connected with through his production of David Martinez' records. 2014 was a pretty good year for Leroy, who was promoting his latest album "Temple". He put together a new Band 'LM3' and started playing out live in the Los Angeles area. Leroy was excited to be invited out to Washington, DC to play a benefit concert for “Rock and Roll for Children” which had him on stage with GE Smith (SNL band leader), Liberty DeVitto (Billy Joel) Ricky Byrd (Joan Jett & The Blackhearts) and Bonnie Bramlett from the great "Bonnie and Delaney" band! We are happy to announce that Leroy is recording a new album, due in early 2015.

Another newcomer to our LadyLake family this year was singer/songwriter Douglas Coleman of Las Vegas/Thailand, who was recommended to us through legendary producer Stuart Epps. Says Douglas: "The ravages of time wait for no man and this couldn’t be truer; however, to combat these ravages we must all be doing what we’re supposed to be doing in life. Wasting our precious time doing meaningless tasks only fuels the fires that burn away our time. I’ve met many great people this year that are helping me get my music going. I’ve spent most of the year in Thailand, writing many new songs. I don’t think I’ve written this many songs in one year since 2010.  I hope 2015 is even better for everyone."

Another new face at LadyLake this year was that of singer/songwriter Rick Winow, hailing from New Jersey. In 2014, Rick appeared live on Rock on Radio and 40ft hole Radio and had over 170 live musical performances throught the northeast including Red Bank Riverfest and the NYC MARATHON. Rick is currently back in the studio working on a CD of original material to be released in 2015.

2014 also brought the music of Shaun C Bryant through the doors at LadyLake. Shaun is in process of writing and recording his second album, "Midnight In Paris". After a brief hiatus, SCB is back in action, working with his new producer, Adam Horrell of Cowbell Recording. Shaun has just released a cover version of the ballad "How Long Will I Love You", originally written by Mike Scott of the The Waterboys, which was also a big hit for UK artist, Ellie Goulding. In 2012 the song was the chosen song for the UK charity event, 'Children In Need', and featured on the original soundtrack of the Richard Curtis movie, "About Time". SCB has BIG plans for 2015. The highly anticipated second album, "Midnight In Paris", will be finished sometime towards the middle of the year, and there are plans for an album launch party with other artists and performers in London, along with some tour dates towards festival season in the summer.

A breath of fresh air came sailing through our doors at LadyLake this year with the addition of the newly formed Sharon Lia Band to our roster. They were selected by Hard Rock Cafe out of thousands of entrants by fan votes to take part in the Hard Rock Rising competition, which led to a performance at Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia in February. Next, the band was selected for the Breakout Artist Competition 2014 and won that round after a performance at Voltage Lounge Philadelphia. Sharon also performed as a supporting artist for Freestyle artist Robin S Thanksgiving Eve at RHO Waterfront Discoteca in Trenton,NJ. the band is in process of recording a new EP for radio distribution in 2015.
