In addition, the kegs will be available at many Whole Foods markets throughout Southern California along with restaurants like Pit fire Pizzas and Fishbar in Manhattan Beach. With so much excitement coming from our bottle accounts, several establishments requested kegs of Cabotella Ale. With consistent growth and support from our ever growing list of customers, a dedicated supply for distribution has been made possible, and no doubt the demand for the Mexican Ale on tap will grow immensely. “We are truly excited that so many customers want to enjoy our Mexican Ale on Tap, and we hope to also have kegs of Cabotella Ale available in Texas very soon” says Director of Sales Adam Wallach. About Baja Brewing Company and Cabotella Founded in 2007 by Jordan Gardenhire, Charlie Gardenhire and Rob Kelly, the Baja Brewing Company is the first brewery in Baja California Sur. From the start, the company’s mission was to bring a craft brewing culture to Mexico similar to that in Colorado, where Jordan, Baja Brewing Company’s brewmaster, first began brewing beer while in college at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Baja Brewing Company’s flagship Ale, Cabotella, is small-batch brewed using 100 percent two-row barley, malted and all-natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives. With three brewpubs in Cabo San Lucas featuring eight beers on tap, including seasonal beers, the Baja Brewing Company produced over 2,400 barrels in 2014. Focusing on all-natural and local ingredients, the brewery distributes in San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas and throughout Mexico, supplying restaurants, bars and liquor stores. In 2012, Baja Brewing Company entered the U.S. market with the introduction of its flagship Mexican ale, Cabotella, in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas, and is now available across the rest of the country at various online retailers.
