He also regularly represents institutional landlords in the ongoing management of office projects and retail shopping centers.He has published numerous scholarly articles, including “Rooftop Cell Sites: Maximize the Profits by Minimizing the Headaches” as well as “A Growing Demand: The Need to Get Up to Speed on Green Leases”. Ouvrier is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned his J.D., graduating cum laude, from Loyola Law School, and earned his bachelor’s degree, graduating cum laude, from UCLA. Potter joined the firm in 2005 as an associate. His practice focuses on representing clients in connection with construction and development projects. He advises clients regarding an array of construction- Valentine joined the firm in 2003 as an associate.He has been involved in all aspects of complex real estate transactions throughout the United States, with an emphasis on representing institutional capital sources in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of real property, financings, asset management, office leasing, development and joint ventures. His practice includes a wide range of real estate types, with a particular focus on multi-family residential, industrial, golf course and office properties. Notable transactions include representing private equity funds in connection with the disposition of a 13-property portfolio of multifamily assets in six states containing approximately 4,800 units valued at $554 million and a 25-property portfolio of golf course assets in seven states valued at $230 million. He has been an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he taught a course on legal research, writing and analysis.
