After changing into my workout gear in Zing’s beautiful, clean locker room (complete with showers and complimentary towels), it was time to put the pedal to the metal—a class with veteran instructor Naf Abenaim, who took me and my thighs on an amazing high-energy ride up hills, through sprints, and winding trails, burning tons of calories along the way.
