The W. Chester “Chet” Bell Crisis Center at Pinegrove is located at 1200 Red John Drive, in Volusia County, Florida. The Center is the only licensed public receiving facility for behavioral health crisis services in Volusia and Flagler Counties, and provides emergency behavioral health screening, psychiatric stabilization, and detoxification services 24 hours a day, 365 day a year. This facility was the flagship operation of the merge between ACT Corp. and Stewart-Marchman- SMA has been serving the northeast Florida community with mental health and drug treatment services for over 50 years, and has offices located in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia counties.
