DeSelms Team Real Estate Agent Earns Top Honors in Nashville

March 24, 2015 - PRLog -- The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors recently named The DeSelms Team’s very own Steve Schmittou (http://thedeselmsteam.com/team-members/steve-schmittou/) as the Top Individual Selling Agent at its Awards of Excellence Celebration this past Saturday, March 14th, 2014. Schmittou sold 202 homes during 2014 – only his second career year as a real estate agent with The DeSelms Team.

Schmittou primarily specializes in single family homes in the 1200-2500 square foot range. He sold the majority of his 202 homes in the Franklin, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, Murfreesboro, Antioch, Lavergne, and Smyrna areas.

Schmittou was The DeSelms Team’s Rookie of the Year in 2013, selling 79 homes and $14,297,266 worth of property. He started off as “Steve the Sign Guy”, picking up signs for Terry DeSelms once a property had closed.  He decided to obtain his license mid 2013, and ended up selling 79 homes his first year.
