Dutch Lions enter the Floridian market with CSL_USA side Cape Coral Hurricanes re-branding

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - April 3, 2015 - PRLog -- After months of hard work, planning and cooperation, we are proud to announce that the representatives from the Dutch Lions organization will be holding a Press Conference on Tuesday, April 7^th, 2015 at 10 a.m. to announce new and exciting news about their acclaimed, well respected international brand and developments within the City of Cape Coral.

Some of the news they will be announcing is that Cape Coral will be the home for their newest men’s soccer team – the Florida Gulf Coast Dutch Lions FC which will begin play this spring and summer in the Champions Soccer League (CSL) based out of Tampa, Florida.  The CSL is in the 4^th Division of U.S. Soccer and is an affiliate of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) through Florida State Soccer Association (FSSA) and United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) channels.

Other Dutch Lions FC teams include Dayton Dutch Lions FC, Cincinnati Dutch Lions FC, Houston Dutch Lions FC & recently announced New York Dutch Lions FC.  More information to be released at the Press Conference about the organization, front office, coaching staff, team roster, partnerships and playing schedule.  The organization also has numerous affiliations and relationships with some of the world’s top soccer programs and teams from not only the U.S. but Europe, South America and Mexico as well.

The new organization will also be announcing their future plans for a brand new multi-million dollar soccer and training facility to be built in Cape Coral as well as the development of other exciting initiatives.  Further details will be announced at the Press Conference.

The club is extremely proud and thankful that the Press Conference will be held at thewonderfully exquisite – Westin Resort in Cape Coral.  We want to thank them for their help and hospitality and look forward to working with them in the future.  We will have coffee, cake and a media packet available for the media will all release information.

Representatives from the Dutch Lions executive staff, the Florida Gulf Coast Dutch Lions FC team front office staff and coaching staff will be available for interviews and questions after the event.  The new club will also be announcing the date and time for their Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting as well.

Various media outlets, local dignitaries including the Cape Coral City Mayor, City Council, along with our Senators, Representatives and County Commissioners have all be invited to attend as well.  It should be a wonderful event and hope you or someone from your media outlet can attend.  We are expecting representatives from the City of Cape Coral’s Economic Development & Parks Departments to attend this wonderful and exciting event as well.  This Press Conference is closed to the public and we’ll only allow invitees and media with Press Credentials to attend the event.
