ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - April 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Art Gallery to Host Opening and Book Launch Party

The Glass Eye Gallery at Tobiason Stained Glass Studio, 302 S. 8^th St., St. Joseph, Missouri is hosting an art opening and book launch party for local artists and authors on May 2nd, 2015 from noon to 4 p.m. with refreshments and door prizes. Gallery artists, including Deborah Weems, James Fly, Mary Korneman, Wanda Taylor, Jeff Foster, Cheryl Sloan, Jonn Casey, Debbie Gentry, Marilyn Weimer, Amy Simmonds, Alice Christgen, Kevin Burleson, Kathy Moppin, Lin Werner, Jeannie Holle, and Tom Holle, will be showcasing new pieces of art, including paintings, photography, and ceramics.

Nine authors, including Donna Hart, James Fly, Jeff Foster, Kathy Blair, Thomas Kirschner, Vashti Daise, Megan Marie, Larry W. Anderson, and Julie L. Casey, all with Amazing Things Press of St. Joseph, will be launching their new releases. The books, which include four children’s books, three poetry books, a parenting manual, a short story collection, and three novels, will be available for sale with personalized autographs by the authors. Several other local authors, many from the St. Joseph Writers Guild, will be on hand signing and selling their books as well.
