Bar1 Events Introduces New Pub Crawl Concept, Brings the Vacation to Chicago on Memorial Day Weekend

CHICAGO - April 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Bar1 Events has been one of the longest standing bar groups in Chicago, bringing various special events to Chicago for over 25 years. Known for producing themed pub crawls, Bar1 Events is proud to introduce the all-new, Socks & Sandals Getaway Pub Crawl, on May 23^rd, 2015 from 12-4pm.

“Who doesn't like to daydrink on Memorial Day Weekend? For those who don't have a boat or a back yard, this is perfect. We're really looking forward to this weekend," said Owner, Tom Piazza.

At $10, attendees will receive free trolley transportation and drink specials, will take home a fanny pack, t-shirt and printed photos to keep from the photo scavenger hunt presented by Flashtag, and can keep the fun alive at the After Party held at Duffy's Tavern, located at 420 W. Diversey.


Crawlers will be able to take photos and post them to social media using the hashtag #SetSunturnt throughout the crawl, at any of the four locations, or while on the trolleys, and their photos will immediately print out at a photo booth located at Duffy's Tavern at 420 W. Diversey. The photos can be picked up by crawlers any time during the crawl, or at the After Party.

Drink specials include Bud, Bud Light, Bud Light Lime, Lime-a-Ritas, and margaritas all for only $3 each.
