Sun Valley High Produces SAG Short Film starring Marcos Ruiz, Stephanie Wong, and Michael Sun Lee

SUN VALLEY, Calif. - May 21, 2015 - PRLog -- On May 2nd and May 3rd, the Sun Valley High School film department shot its first SAG Short Film "Alex” written and directed by senior Jasmine Chavez starring Marcos Ruiz, Stephanie Wong, and Michael Sun Lee. The film was also produced by Jasmine Chavez and Jasmine Mendez.  Cinematography was captured by Juan Rincon, Samuel Vallejas, and Rodrigo Mora. "Alex" is a short film about a high school student who loses his parents to domestic violence and fights to save his new best friend from similar events.

The Gap Outlet on 7872 Van Nuys Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 91402 sponsored wardrobe for the film. The film department thanks Ben and Maria, of the Gap Outlet, for their support.
