ESSPL wins "Most Exemplary HR Practice" award

BHUBANESWAR, India - May 26, 2015 - PRLog -- ESSPL’s Gurukul Learning Intervention was chosen as the “Most Exemplary HR Practice” by National HRD Network, Bhubaneswar Chapter. ESSPL was chosen as the winner of a competition which included submissions from organizations like WIPRO, ITC, TATA Steel, ESSPL, PPL, Tech Mahindra, TSPDL, HPCL, Aditya Birla Hindalco, OPTCL , Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd.

Gurukul - Learning Intervention comprises 3 phases - Vidyarthi  Namankan, Vidya Daan & Guru Dakshina. Vidyarthi Namakan is a process of self-nomination leading to training facilitation. Employees nominate themselves with the support from “LEARNING  BUDDY” which is a key concept of this phase.Vidya Daan starts with a welcome note followed by the program briefing and objective setting followed by training activities. After the training is imparted, HR captures the observations, participant's feedback is collected and certificates awarded.Guru Dakshina otherwise called as the “Post training impact intervention”, is a multi-stage process involving sharing of Success stories with ESSPL family,  organizing fun quiz at the work place and preparing a Learning action plan called “Learning Diary”.
