Florida Minister, Church Brings Message of Hope & Healing to Garland with Special

DALLAS - June 15, 2015 - PRLog -- BLOUNTSTOWN, Fla. – One of the greatest things that can be changed is not a situation or circumstance, but a person. Once a person allows God to change them on the inside, then everything else changes around them. This is just one of the many soul-stirring and eye-opening messages that Revivalist and Apostle H.C. Gunn of Blountstown, Fla. teaches his congregation at The Body of Christ, Inc. – and he’s bringing this energetic and personal ministry to Garland, Texas this week for what’s being dubbed a “life-changing revival.”

Gunn and his church members will travel more than 800 miles to Garland with a mission to provide hope, encouragement, strength, empowerment, healing, and insight to local citizens in the wake of the natural and social misfortunes that have been experienced in the area, and communities around the nation.

“From flooding to violence, the people in this area, and around the nation, need to know that there is a path to obtain truth, peace, joy, hope, transformation, healing, and even stability in the midst of the trials they may face. That path leads right to a God, a God that has a genuine and undying care and love for people,” Gunn said.

He added, “Those who belong to the Body of Christ, Inc. have experienced that love and care in the midst of some of life’s most tragic events and we have been sent to Garland to express our experience with others freely. Our goal is to instruct them and encourage them on how to receive and execute change on the inside, with the knowledge that it will make all the difference on the outside.”

Gunn and his church members are making the trip to Garland sacrificially, or what they like to call a “faith trip.”

“We believe God has called us to minister to the people of this area and when he calls, we must answer – no strings attached. We are believing that God has something special in store for the people of this community,” Gunn said.

Gunn and his church members say that they are simply striving to live out what the Apostle Paul said in Philippians 2:4, “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”

The revival is free and open to the public and will kick off on Friday, June 19 at 7 p.m. and will continue on June 24 and 26 at 7 p.m. nightly at the La Quinta Inn & Suites –
