GPE Commercial Advisors Welcomes Thomas Kimsey, Senior Vice President

PHOENIX - June 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Tom brings nearly 35 years of real estate brokerage, development services, consulting and commercial management to his new role at GPE as Senior Vice President. His experience analyzing, managing real estate for third parties, providing services as a court appointed receiver, and developing projects has provided Tom a depth of experience to provide an array of services in the real estate industry. Tom's main focus with GPE will be commercial brokerage services and development.

While the majority of Tom’s professional experience has been in the Phoenix area, he has opened and/or managed commercial real estate management offices in Kansas City and Houston. His development work includes approximately two million (2,000,000) square feet of commercial retail, industrial, office and office condominiums.

Prior to GPE, Tom was Vice President and the Arizona partner for Voit Development Company where his responsibilities included identification and acquisition of land parcels, entitlement, design development, construction supervision, leasing oversight, management oversight and asset disposition. Tom was Real Estate Director for Opus Southwest for nine years and for approximately ten years he was with CB Richard Ellis as a regional manager.

Tom teaches at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. He has been or is currently affiliated with Urban Land Institute, Institute of Real Estate Management, Valley Partnership, NAIOP and ICSC.
