GPE Commercial Advisors Represents L.I.F.E. in Long Term Lease of Former Rancho Solano School

GILBERT, Ariz. - Aug. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- GPE Commercial Advisors, one of the oldest privately owned commercial real estate firms in Arizona, secured a long term lease of the former Rancho Solano School at 1305 South Gilbert Road in Gilbert, Arizona. The building is approximately 30,000 SF and sits on 9.39 acres. The new campus allows Lauren’s Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.), a non-profit private school and treatment center for the differently-abled, to expand their services and enrollment. They will offer a private academy, therapy and treatment programs and an adult program in addition to new therapy options.

Alexandra Loye, Senior Vice President, and Dominic M. Perry, CCIM, Vice President, with GPE represented the Tenant, Lauren’s Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.). The Landlord, Fenway Properties, was self-represented. Larry Jackel, Principal of Fenway, who purchased the property in order to facilitate the long term lease, expressed “We are thrilled to be able to assist in the opening of this great facility with this terrific organization.”
