GPE Commercial Advisors Secures the Sale of a 36,361 SF Church & School Complex in Glendale

GLENDALE, Ariz. - July 21, 2015 - PRLog -- GPE Commercial Advisors, an award winning commercial real estate firm in Arizona, secured the sale of a 36,361 SF church and school complex located at 8807 North 61st Avenue, in Glendale, Arizona. World Mission Society Church of God purchased the property for $1,540,000.

Said Bret Isbell. The complex sits on 3.5 acres and includes a 24,960 SF church, a 10,201 SF school and a 1,200 SF residence as well as two playgrounds on the over-sized yard.
