The L.A. Wolves Topple Long Beach City FC with 5-1 Victory

June 23, 2015 - TORRANCE, Calif. -- June 20, 2015 – The L.A. Wolves FC (6-0-0) win handsomely against Long Beach F.C.(1-2-1) on Saturday night at the Toyota Sports Complex in a UPSL (www.upslsoccer.com) Western Conference league match. This win solidifies the L.A. Wolves place with a perfect regular season record of six wins in the Western Conference and nine straight wins in all competitions.

The L.A. Wolves goalkeeper Nick Tasich kept his spot after a shut out last week the Wolves welcomed back English midfielder Dan McCarthy who scored scored two goals.Shannon Murphy made an amazing run rarely challenged by the Long Beach defence scored his first goal of the season.  Just before the break in the 44^th minute of play central midfielder Jose Rivera gave the Wolves the advantage

The L.A. Wolves continued their high level of performance and play which overwhelmed the Long Beach City FC side and once the L.A. Wolves found their rhythm and the goals came in, there was only one winner.
