Visual Paradigm 12.2 Revamped PostMania

Sept. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- PostMania is a tool bundled with VPository, a cloud service of Visual Paradigm. It lets software development team share diagrams created in Visual Paradigm with others, and to collect their feedback after they have view your diagrams. In version 12.2, Visual Paradigm has introduced four major changes in PostMania.

Firstly, users can now disable the sharing of diagram by cancelling a shared URL. According to Visual Paradigm, this change is to avoid a shared diagram from being viewed by someone who got the URL unexpectedly.

Secondly, users can now invite others to view diagram by just providing their email addresses. When invitees accept an invitation they can enter their names themselves, plus to upload an avatar.

Thirdly, users can now search posts by entering a keyword. Keywords are also recorded for ease of re-searching in future.

Last, but not least, viewers of diagrams are now presented in a newly developed window. Users can cancel sharing from viewers, or to invite others to view diagrams through that window.

According to Visual Paradigm, these changes were made by keeping one major principle in mind - to ease the communication between developers and stakeholders.
