LRP Publications Appoints Emanuel Cotronakis, Esq., as Executive Vice President and General Counsel

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Sept. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- LRP Publications (http://www.lrp.com/), producers of national conferences and professional research services, today announced Emanuel Cotronakis, Esq., as its new Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Cotronakis’s career includes experience across a broad range of corporate and securities matters, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions. In addition to overseeing LRP and its affiliates’ legal functions, Cotronakis will take on significant management responsibilities in several departments including Operations, Production, Publishing Support Services, Event Placement, and Human Resources.

Prior to joining LRP Publications, Cotronakis served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Palm Beach Securities, LLC. His responsibilities included management of all operations, investment banking, and M&A advisory services. Additionally, he was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Jacobs Entertainment and its parent company, Jacobs Investments. Cotronakis’s role involved complex problem solving, as well as strategic planning and providing counsel to the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Cotronakis is currently on the Board of Trustees and serves as legal counsel of The Archbishop Iakovos Leadership 100 Endowment Fund. He is an active parishioner of St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church in Boca Raton, and was a member of the Organizing Committee for the United States – China Legal Exchange in connection with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, Cotronakis attended Georgetown University Law Center where he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1998.
