Perfections Salon Calls All Curly Girls for 4th Annual Celebration

CINCINNATI - Nov. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- "The heart of this event centers around loving the natural curl you were born with," Perfections Salon Managing Director Jill Wiltberger said. "Especially in the ever-humid Greater Cincinnati area, natural Curly Girls seem to be fighting a never-ending battle against frizz. Montgomery, Ohio-based Perfections Salon invites all Greater Cincinnati Curly Girls to its fourth annual "Calling All Curly Girls" Celebration on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. The event will include demonstrations of the DevaCurl drycutting technique used by Perfections stylists on natural curly hair and appropriate techniques for cleansing, conditioning, using appropriate styling products, scrunching and drying curly hair. Perfections also will introduce the new DevaCurl salon dryer, the only DevaAir 360 in Cincinnati, designed to softly diffuse curls of all lengths.

The event will include demonstrations of the Deva Cut by Perfections Salon Artistic Director Kenneth R. Collopy and curl stylists Annie Landrum and Irene Hutchinson. Collopy, who has developed his own dry cutting technique over his 55-year career, has been named by the Deva Concepts company a "Deva Inspired Stylist." He and his staff of trained hydration therapists will demonstrate appropriate techniques, tips and tricks on how to manage, style and maintain gorgeous, perfectly defined frizz-free locks using DevaCurl products.

"We will focus on DevaCurl's newest products for extremely curly hair," Collopy said. "DevaCurl Decadence No Poo and One Condition were designed specifically for thick, curly, dry hair.
