Building Alabama Reinvestment partners with the AG Gaston Conference

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Dec. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Building Alabama Reinvestment (BAR), a statewide coalition of community focused non-profits, will sponsor a forum that will focus on how banks are working with non-profits to address the community and economic development needs in low- and moderate-income communities through various wealth building strategies. The event will be held from 9:30am – 11am to kick off the AG Gaston Conference on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the BJCC in Birmingham Alabama.

The AG Gaston Conference is an annual conference that honors the life and legacy of Authur George Gaston, one of Alabama's first African-American millionaires. The economic empowerment conference brings national business and community leaders together to discuss strategies for improving low- to moderate- income communities.
