National Association Medical Staff Services Announces New Officers and Members of 2016 Board

WASHINGTON - Dec. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) is proud to announce the new officers and members of its 2016 Board of Directors. Board positions are effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

For the 2016 term, Bonnie Gutierrez, BHA, CPCS, CPMSM will serve as President; Susan DuBois, CPCS, CPMSM will serve as President-Elect; and Linda Waldorf, BS, CPMSM, CPCS will assume the title of Immediate Past President. They will be joined by four new board members: Diane Meldi, MBA, CPCS, CPMSM, newly elected as Secretary/Treasurer; Dawn Gordon, RN, MHA, CPMSM, elected as Director at Large; Julie Hatley, CPCS, CPMSM, elected as Director at Large; and Gina Mortensen, RHIT, CPCS, CPMSM, also elected as Director at Large.

“I am excited for the continued opportunity to work with the many talented and dedicated professionals and leaders who not only make up the NAMSS Board of Directors, but the association, itself,” said Gutierrez. As president, I hope to work collaboratively with those within the medical services profession to promote the importance of the industry, advance the profession and to also educate and empower medical services professionals (MSPs) as they begin and continue their careers.”
