Craig Reich, the Founder and the President of the sales team, is also an owner of CR Property Group in York, PA that specializes on redevelopment of existing homes in Southern Pennsylvania.  After starting and building that business up to over 200 rehabbed properties on annual basis, Mr. Reich’s next strategic move was to expand to the Free State.  In less than 3 years, Mr. Reich built a sales business to over $25 Million in overall volume while staying true to his investment niche. Mr. Reich’s companies are widely renowned for the quality of work, excellent customer service, and unconventional thinking.

The growth and expansion in Maryland was made possible by a partnership with a young, determined real estate professional, Alexander Cruz, who quickly became the Director of Acquisitions for the company.
