Their collective contributions have inspired innovative thought leadership and a more collaborative business strategy for achieving higher performance and better outcomes, advancing outsourcing as a business model and a profession,” Gregg Kirchhoefer is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where he founded the firm's technology and intellectual property transactions and outsourcing practice groups and is responsible for the Firm’s own technology. Gregg's outsourcing experience spans over 30 years and, in that time, he has handled some of the largest, most comprehensive outsourcings in history. Gregg has represented both service providers and customers in hundreds of these types of transactions for a wide variety of functions, technologies, intellectual property disciplines, contract vehicles, and industries, including manufacturing, financial services, utilities, energy, and consumer products. “I am honored to be recognized by IAOP as a leader in outsourcing as it grows and evolves over time,” said Gregg Kirchhoefer. “I am proud to join other Outsourcing Leadership Hall of Fame inductees who have contributed immeasurably to the field that I have greatly enjoyed being a part of for over 35 years.” Mr. Metz has been delivering business solutions for some of the world’s largest companies for more than thirty years. He joined Walmart in 2012 and currently leads the Global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management organization. Prior to joining Walmart Mr. Metz spent more than 21 years at Procter & Gamble where he lead the Strategic Alliances program for P&G Global Business Services His specialty areas include shared services, sourcing, alliance management, business transformation, and service commercialization. He has been recognized globally as a thought leader on the topics of sourcing, shared services, and globalization, and holds the Certified Outsourcing Professional certification. “Few things are as rewarding as being recognized by one’s peers,” said Metz. “I have had the good fortune of being surrounded by many great people during my career – people who taught me, mentored me, gave me opportunities and worked shoulder to shoulder with me. Without these people, none of what has been achieved would have been possible.” Christopher Stancombe is the Chief Operating Officer for Capgemini Business Services. He joined Capgemini BPO in 2005. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of the organization and has successfully established Capgemini as a worldwide leader in Finance and Accounting Outsourcing. His visionary approach and passion for creating a positive solution-focused environment has enabled Capgemini BPO to pioneer offerings such as the Global Process Model, Global Enterprise Model, Command Center, GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) services and the Virtual Company.
