DUBAI MARINA, UAE - Feb. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Dubai, 17^th – 18^th January – A group of 22 delegates from all over the middle-east were at the receiving end of an exceptional leadership workshop which were delivered by Paul Mills, a well-known Australian Leadership expert.

The two-day event was filled with sets of well-planned discussions, assessments and exercises which highlight different leadership styles and how to adapt to such styles should need arises.

The most notable exercise involved the audience to undertake a personality test. He also went an extra mile, offering personal feedback to each of the delegate after they had their results.
