Faces Of Hope Event Honors Lives Transformed By Domestic Violence

CHICAGO - April 19, 2016 - PRLog -- WINGS is hosting its "Faces of Hope" event, honoring the life of Brenda Sexton and all those affected by domestic violence on Saturday, May 14 from 6 - midnight at Morgan Manufacturing, 401 N. Morgan, Chicago, Illinois.

Brenda Sexton was a Chicago police officer that lost her life 15 years ago at the hands of her boyfriend.  The evening will include a chef's dinner, open bar, heartwarming stories, silent auction, live auction and dancing.

Victor Pacini, motivational speaker, entertainer and author, will be the master of ceremonies and American English, a world-renowned Beatles tribute band, will be performing.  Tickets are $150 each/$250 for a VIP ticket, which includes a private cocktail reception area, special gift and meet and greet with American English.  To purchase tickets, tables or to co-sponsor the event, log on to wingsprogram.com or call 847-519-7820, ext. 233.

All proceeds from the event will benefit WINGS, whose mission is to provide housing, integrated services, education and advocacy to end domestic violence.  WINGS provides safe and secure refuge and support services for women and children who are fleeing the devastating effects of domestic violence or homelessness.

Domestic violence can happen to anyone regardless of race, age, sexual orientation, religion, or gender.  Domestic violence affects people of all socioeconomic backgrounds and education levels.
