Job Description

·         Assigned to a designated training facility during instruction and attends all practical exercises

·         Sets up and maintains training facility in include ranges, driving courses and equipment

·         Ensures accountability for all training equipment

·         Ensures compliance with all company policy, procedures, and safety guidelines

·         Provides instruction and conducts training courses utilizing        prescribed curriculum

·         Develops and maintain training plans

·         Explains and demonstrates use of apparatus and equipment

·         Evaluates the abilities of participants to determine suitable corrective     or remedial instruction

·         Completes and files all required reports in a timely manner

·         Completes all required continuing education and refresher training programs

·         Completes any additional training and/or certifications required by the contract

·         Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) while deployed.

Job Requirements

·         U.S. Citizen

·         Current U.S. issued passport and driver's license

·         Level 3 Spanish proficiency (Required) (No Exceptions)

·         Three (3) years of field instructional experience (Required) (No Exceptions)

·         BFFOC level certification required

·         Effective oral, written, problem solving and analytical skills (Required)

Pay: We offer competitive pay for the region. (You will be a 1099 Contractor)
