Bloomfield East Sold to Reliant Management Group

ANAHEIM, Calif. - May 27, 2016 - PRLog -- Located in Lynwood, California, Bloomfield East was recently acquired by a Los Angeles based real estate investment company. Shepard Roylance was retained to find the local company a new NNN Tenant for the facility. Within two weeks, Shepard Roylance brought in Reliant Management Group, a rehabilitation management service company. The 130-bed facility was previously owned by a for-profit corporation and was sold for an undisclosed amount. The transaction was facilitated by Shep Roylance, Senior Vice President of JCH Senior Housing Group and closed on January 1, 2016.

Bloomfield East is centrally located outside the Los Angeles area and has a 75% occupancy rate. Reliant has aggressively been seeking Skilled Nursing acquisitions to increase their SNF portfolio.

Broomfield adds 130 Skilled Nursing beds to their existing impressive portfolio. Reliant Management focuses on skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, and continuing care communities throughout the United States. With the acquisition of Bloomfield, they hope to continue to grow their West Coast presence.
